Extra Credit

Well the first thing I did when i got to flash was draw my background and labeled it Background then I added a new layer and labeled it Object 1 and I did that step 5 times . After I added a Actions layer . I went to the wiki and got the code for ''Add Hidden Objects'' . After all that I put the code gave each object an Instance name and just edited the 'Add Hidden object" code to the instance game . I tested out and it did work . I needed to add a message box I got that code from "Adding Objects " and out " Yaaay you did it (: " That's all I did for my Hidden Game Quiz .

When I first started to use flash it was not advanced as it is right now I really like it right now because I know the codes and I can make my games work more . I would like to add more levels to my game but I want them to be more challenging every time . The one that I did right now is pretty easy but every next level I want the hidden objects to be more hard to find . I at least want to do 5 levels . My game action that i will like to add is that the player will have only 40 seconds to find them all .

Drawing In Flash

Today we had to draw in flash so whenever i was drawing in flash I was pretty exited because I really liked how when I was drawing on flash objects were looking so common like if i drew them in pencil . I think well in my opinion that drawing in flash my background was pretty exiting and I really like drawing in flash because you can really draw a lot of details .

Post Election Day 2012

My Prediction was actually correct Barack Obama did win Yay I am so exited I was so happy  even tough he didn't win by a lot he still won . I think that Obama is a great president because he gives us freedom he actually does help us . I think that the results from last nights election were pretty close i was scared because yesturday when I was watching the elections Romney was winning in a lot of states so I really thought he was going to win . I give everything to Obama Good Job ! .

Paper Prototype

What did you learn from creating a game with paper and pencil?
I learned from doing my Game idea on paper and pencil that if i want to change it i can very fast by erasing it . I also learned that the game idea on pencil its easier on drawing it because you can be very creative and you can just draw it however you will like it to look . 

What was easy about drawing your hidden object game? What was hard?
In my opinion i think that the easiest part about creating and doing a hidden game was just drawing the objects and bringing the game idea together . I would say that the hardest part of this game is knowing what objects you want to be hidden and where so it won't be that obvious and the player will have to think to find them . I want the game to be challenging . 

What do you need to still add to your game?
In my game i still need to add a lot of little details like the winning & losing game scene the loading page , the character page and that's basically it.

There is many things that i am interested in doing on my game . I Want to be able to make things work this time and make people walk i want to put a hospital in the back for in case they do something wrong the player can go to the hospital right away . I want to be able to make the weather different and for this time to work right . The weather every day is different . I want the player to have fun . I like challenging games that's why i want to do my game challenging . I am thinking of putting a timer and points so the player can use them for medicine i can't wait until my game is done .

I've decided that i want to do Breast Cancer . In this game i want hidden objects that are related to the topic so the player will have time to give the Breast Cancer Innocent time to save their life . If they run out of time the innocent passes away . What i'm trying to say is that they die and they can try again . I Want to do this topic because the player can play something they want and it's challenging at the same time . That's my game topic for now .

Presidential Debate 1

Tell me about your thoughts on the first Presidential Debate that took place last night.
The first Presidential Debate was not as i expected i was upset because Obama did not do what he was supposed to do . He basically lost because he was not talking like Romney . The Debate was confusing to me because Obama and Romney were bringing some topics up that had no value they needed to be focused on topics that needed to be worked on because then they might be some problems about it and they will be worried later . They did not talk that much about Education . In my opinion Education is a big topic that they need to be working on . If more students graduate there is a better chance to have more money to the government and to the graduates . What issues were brought up by the moderator?
The topics that they were brought were  Economy , Health Care , Tax Code , Environment , Social Security and more . Education and other Topics . 
What did you understand ? What was confusing to you ?

I understood that the topic that they care the most about is Economy . I also understood that before the Debate they had said that they were going to do some things but in the Debate they changed the things . I have something very clearly that Romney doesn't like immigrants and i don't know why he should help them instead of wanting to affect them . I'm confused of the things Obama wants to do i don't understand them . I agree with Obama more than with Romney because Obama at least does not want to affect immigrants .

Who do you think did a better job of expressing their views and plans for confronting the social issues affecting our society today ? 
I think Romney did a better job but i agree more with Obama . Romney was talking more and he had more statistics than Obama , He was just answering the questions he did not talk a lot .  Romney at least was  talking about the plans that he had and Obama not a lot . The issues that are affecting out society today is the economy and its affecting us by less works , get paid a little not that much and some family's just have money to buy food .

* Was the game fun to play? Explain why. I think that this game was fun to play because it had some tricks that you were supposed to find and the game was a little challenging i love challenged games. In this game you have to find some landmarks that are Hidden .
* How does the designer reward you and keep you playing? The player keeps you rewarded by taking you to the next level and keeps you playing by giving you more challenging levels .
* What does this game teach you?  This game teaches me more about world Geography facts and where some places are located at .
* How does it use hidden objects to teach you? It uses hidden objects to teach me to look for some things and put then in the right place .
* What age group would find this educational? I Would find this game educational for 9-10 graders . I think 14-17 year old high school teenagers will find this game educational . 
* How would you make this game better? I Would make this game better by having more levels and the game more challenging so the player won't quit .

Danger of a single story

1.What does it mean to have a 'single story' about a place or community? A Single story is when people judge you by your skin color and assume things that may not be true . They Can be Hispanic but assume your Mexican and they might say " ohh that girl is Mexican i bet she is poor and doesn't know English " . They look at the outside and put you with the rest of innocent people . A Single story is when they look at you from the outside and don't ask just Assume .

2.Describe a single story you have heard told about your community. What is missing from that story? How could people learn more about that community? Me and all my cousins were born here but our parents were born in Mexico well some of us have dark skin and some have lighter skin . The ones that have darker skins suffered in school . My cousin went to elementary school he was like in 2nd grade and some kids used to always picking up on him . They used to tell him to go back to his state where poor people leave and that he was not born to be in this state . My cousin used to cry and didn't want to go to school . My Aunt explained to her that she was born in this state and that they had no right to say that about her she stood up for her self and proved that not just because she looked mexican they had the right to treat her like that . Even if she was they are nobody to humiliate her like that .People should learn how to defend themselves and not let nobody walk all over them .

3.Describe a single story you have heard about another community. How did you learn that story? How could you find out more about that community?

I Have heard that people say that popular girls are everything . In my opinion i have heard about cyber bulling and i think its not right . In every school there is going to be popular people but really they have no right to judge people from the outside . I watched the movie cyber bully and it really touched my heart. Mean girls were trying to make this girl life impossible . She was almost going to take away her life even her best friend betrayed her . They said really bad comments about her and assumed she was a prostitute and made a video of her so people could comment negative comments. She couldn't take it anymore she had enough . I learned that story when i was watching TV and i was like i'm going to stand up for people that are being bullied and not let them get hurt . I haven't really seen bullying in my school but if i see i'm going to help them by telling an adult and i don't care what people say about me . I could find out more about that community by doing some searches and looking up more movies about it.

4.How could a game let players experience many stories about a place or community? A Game would be interesting by people learning how to protect each other and stand up for each other .

A New Year

My school year as a Freshman has been Great so far. I saw my Best friends and the classes I have I love them . I wanted to take theater class but now they don't have it anymore it's sad because I really wanted to take that class because one of my dreams is to be an Actress and maybe by doing plays I can actually be one and don't be shy . The only thing I don't like is Algebra I am having a little trouble with it I don't understand it it's hard and some kids in that class make it harder for me to concentrate and let me learn something . Thanks to the teacher now she is helping me with that problem . This year I hope it goes Great and I can accomplish many things that will help me bright my future. I Am trying out for many sport I hope I make it in because i really want to play and participate more . I want to become an athletic girl that it's not afraid of the ball or anything that its positive and doesn't think something is impossible .I Want to change this year and become a better person who does her work and turns her work on time . I Want to be different a person that people think i'm smart and ask for help when they need it . I want to keep my head high and not let nobody bring me down . I am actually doing a good job so far. I am taking art and i am not a creative girl but i try my best . I am trying really hard to have great grades and Pass all my classes so my parents can be proud of me .

People now are seeing how the kids are getting fat because of all the food they eat.They are getting diabetes at a young age and they are not eating healthy they have to take pills for the rest of their life.There has been a lot of problems because people are not eating healthy they are eat junk food because it's cheaper and they don't want to cook at home.They have discovered that people are getting fatter with the fast food and people are getting Cancer.People then don't want to exercise and they want more and more food. A lot of people want to say something but they can't they wished they could go back and not have diabetes that now they need to take some pills for everything.Most of the obese people are Hispanic or African American people.Children that are obese are expected to live less than older people because they are going a long life and they are obese and older people they can die soon kids need to take the pills for the rest of they life and older people to but it's more hard for kids than older people because the kids is that they are not in an age to be taking pills they have diabetes so little at a early age.Today day there is not a cause of cancer but there is a percentage that in china there is a less possibility of getting cancer than in the U.S.In china there is more healthy food than in the U.S.

It felt really good to read about our school because it shows that its getting the attention it needs and deserve for us as a school to expand. I also like reading about Globaloria because our school is the only school that has it in Texas and I really appreciate it because it teaches us something nobody else is being taught.
