Game Ingredients
Write about a problem you overcame while working on the code for one of your game ingredients. I really Overcame with a lot of my fears . I really liked the game that I created by myself this year . I had never worked by myself on something like this and Me with my ideas by my own . I hated how the code wouldn't work sometimes but Thank God this Year I could Just Write the code and it worked perfectly without any problems .
The Big Idea: Describe your learning topic for the game. What is the most important thing you want your players to learn? In my game you are going to choose one of the 3 levels . There is a Easy , Medium & Challenge Yourself one .Well In the Easy Game ingredient there will be some objects and there you are going to click on them because they don't belong there . In the Medium Level you are going to have a fact and then a question related to the Fact there you will be asked a question and then you will answer it as best as you can . In Challenge Yourself It's going to be more hard and you will Have to Play My Game to find out what's about .In my game i want players to learn that When do you go to the Hospital expect things to be left out and for them to learn what they should do .
Research: What kind of research did you do? What did you learn about your topic? In my topic i went to the Breast Cancer Center and there it told me a lot about breast cancer . I also researched in Google for items that sometimes are left out in the waiting room thats how I put the objects in the Easy ingredient level .
Making Decisions: How did your ideas change as you worked on your game? My Ideas changed a lot I wanted to do more facts but not a lot of 4th graders -6th graders will get it right that's why I did my Game Easy for them to Have fun .
What Game Ingredients and Help Center resources have been most useful to you so far, and why? I really like the item with the phone it really helps because a lot of people while they wait they are on their phone and that may get other people more Nervous so that's why I put the phone .
Which part of making the game was most difficult for you? How did you overcome this difficulty? What features are you most proud of in your game?
The most difficult of my game was coming up with the ideas for each game and making it more challenging for them but not to much so they can enjoy it . I overcame this difficulty by doing what I best thought I would have fun of . I am most proud of my game on the levels that i got 2 to work i need one more .
